The most outstanding building in Campillo del Rio is the Parish Church, representative of the postwar colonization architecture. Rectangular and very spacious inside. Externally, the presbytery is made of exposed brick and the rest of the building whitewashed. It was built in 1953 and improvement works have recently been carried out.
