Renaissance manor house from the end of the 16th century in which different occupations and uses have been known before its rehabilitation, such as a primary school, post office, tenement house and a Spanish and cultural school for foreigners.

The construction is a symbiosis between sobriety and decoration. On the one hand, the simplicity of the façade and the corridors that shelter the colonnaded courtyard predominate, and on the other hand we must estimate the decoration of the staircase, crowned by a well-preserved dome that denotes the ancestry of the former owners. The arcades at the entrance and exit of said staircase are another symbol of grandeur and distinguished invitation. There are certain symbols that are reminiscent of the inquisitorial era.

The rehabilitation of the building has been carried out with great respect for the architecture of the time, but the rooms have been endowed with the functionality that a modern society requires, achieving a fantastic balance between "the old" and the most modern avant-garde.
