The La Corregidora fountain is located less than 1 km from the urban center of Sabiote, in the
place known as the Corregidora. To access it, you have to go down an unusual cut through those areas of La Loma, and it opens little by little discovering a beautiful view in which you can see the entire province, passing through Villacarrillo and Iznatoraf (or Torafe as they call it through those areas and the Sierra de Segura). It is a dark and very humid area, since the sun never arrives. It has a fountain with 4 spouts, which both in the past and now serves to give water to cattle and people. The stream that forms, called de la corregidora, like its source, empties into the Guadalimar basin. In the surroundings there are only heras, olive trees and fruit crops, such as cherry and almond trees.
