It has the maximum equipment (including central heating and swimming pool), always respecting the environment and traditional architecture. The farm is delimited by the Guadalquivir River with a dam from which a three meter wide masonry channel starts that passes under the house and turns the farm into an "island" accessed through a bridge. The abundance of its vegetation has made it a protection zone for birds.
