It has two floors, the second being an attic in all areas and the wooden deck.
The house has 1 double bedroom, two double bedrooms and a multiple bedroom, all of them generous in size, a spacious living room with a fireplace, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a fish market with a barbecue and a large entrance hall. It has heating (firewood and thermal emitters) and in summer it is not necessary air conditioning as the thick stone walls and the altitude of the village guarantee very pleasant temperatures.

Surrounded by emblematic Mountains, many routes can be done and in summer enjoy the magnificent pools of Río Madera. Other activities that can be carried out are: mountain biking, canyons, caving or snowshoeing, among others.
