Casa de la Familia Díez

Calle las Parras, 8. 23260, Castellar How to get

It is a palace dwelling of which the façade carved in stone stands out and topped by a shield surrounded by the two flower horns. The tower appears, a moon and a tree on which what appears to be two horses are perched. The door lintel shows plant motifs and two naked human figures facing each other holding a cross.

The stately homes were large, with stables and courtyards. These houses always show the owner's coat of arms on the facade. The house preserves original elements such as wooden coffered ceilings, stone floors and a cellar with jars.
