La Recta is a recreational area that has barbecues and tables and which is accessed through a signposted path. Its characteristic vegetation is formed by the typical riverside forests of the Sierras de Andújar Natural Park: alders, sargas, oleanders, ash trees, ... that serve as a refuge for fauna species such as gray herons, grebes, moorhens, otters. Nearby is a trough designed to give water to the abundant deer of this mountain range, next to the Encinarejo dam
