How to get
Segura de la Sierra still preserves the spectacular beauty of the villages without make-up. With its narrow whitewashed streets and its Arab castle on top of a mountain, this quiet village inhabited by 150 people - and many more cats - has been declared a Historic-Artistic Site. From its viewpoints, the woods extend as far as the eye can see under the immensity of the southern blue skies. This is why since 2017 it has been part of the network of the Most Beautiful Villages in Spain.
We are also in the Natural Park Sierras de Segura, Cazorla, Segura y las Villas, a paradise for nature lovers.

All of them have a complete bathroom, a small kitchen with two glass-ceramic hobs, a fridge, household goods and crockery, central heating, TV, open fireplace, terrace or balcony. The Huertos de Segura are surrounded by nature, so much so that the mountain goats prune the geraniums. But don't be scared, the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Vilas Natural Park is a friendly environment that invites you to be walked, pedaled, admired, heard, smelled. From Los Huertos de Segura you have the entire Sierra de Segura at your fingertips.
It will be a pleasure to share with you our routes, recommendations and suggestions. For example, you can walk the GR247, paraglide, use our electric bikes or visit a ham dryer in the mountains.
