The experience is structured around several carefully designed moments to connect the origin of olive oil with the mountain landscape and its agricultural tradition, in a setting where nature and gastronomy go hand in hand.

We begin with an introduction at the cooperative, where visitors discover the history of Señorío de Camarasa and the value of Sierra Mágina’s mountain olive groves. This first contact helps visitors understand how the territory influences the character of the oil, bringing fresh and distinctive nuances.

Next, we travel to a nearby olive grove estate, where the experience is lived directly on the land. Here, visitors walk among olive trees, some of them centuries old, and discover in a practical way the cultivation process, the care of the tree and harvesting techniques. This tour helps visitors understand the direct relationship between fieldwork and the quality of the final product.

Afterwards, the visit continues at the olive mill, where the complete process of transforming olives into extra virgin olive oil is shown. Throughout the tour, the different stages of production are explained, bringing visitors closer to a process that combines traditional knowledge and quality control.

Finally, the experience brings together everything learned, connecting the landscape, the cultivation and the product in a complete vision of olive oil as an essential element of Mediterranean gastronomy.

Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
