The experience is structured around three moments designed to discover the world of extra virgin olive oil from the olive grove to the table, combining knowledge, tasting and local gastronomy in a complete and sensory proposal.

We begin with a tour of the olive mill, where visitors can follow the journey of the Picual olive from its arrival at the facilities to its transformation into extra virgin olive oil. During this first part of the experience, the different stages of the production process are explained, allowing visitors to learn first-hand how the work carried out at the cooperative, the quality of the fruit and the care taken at each stage make it possible to produce an EVOO that represents the identity of the territory.

Next, the visit continues with a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils, led by staff from the olive mill who are directly involved in their production. This moment allows visitors to discover the nuances, aromas and flavours of EVOO, as well as learning to recognise its characteristics and distinguish it from other oils. It is an essential part of the experience, bringing visitors closer to the product from a sensory and educational perspective.

To finish, the proposal culminates with a tasting of local artisan products, selected to showcase the gastronomic richness of the area and the role of olive oil as the common thread running through the flavours of the land. Cured meats, traditional specialities and other unique local products complete an experience that pays tribute to the agricultural, culinary and cultural heritage of the area.
