Visita guiada a la almazara + Cata de AOVEs

The experience is structured around three moments designed to discover, understand and savour extra virgin olive oil from its origin to its final tasting, in a setting shaped by mountain olive groves and the olive-growing identity of Sierra Mágina.

We begin at the foot of the olive grove, with a brief introduction among the trees that give rise to the cooperative’s most representative product. This first moment allows visitors to connect with the landscape, learn about the characteristics of mountain olive groves and understand how the environment, cultivation and care of the fruit directly influence the quality of the oil. It is a way of placing visitors at the starting point of the entire process.

Next, the visit continues at the olive mill, where visitors tour the factory to follow, step by step, the journey of the olive from its arrival after harvesting to the production of EVOO. During this tour, visitors discover each stage of the production process first-hand and understand how technical work, experience and a commitment to quality make it possible to produce an oil with its own distinctive personality. The explanation is guided by staff directly involved in the production process, which adds extra value to the experience.

To finish, it is time for the guided EVOO tasting, an essential part of the visit to learn how to appreciate olive oil from a sensory perspective. During this tasting, visitors not only sample the cooperative’s oils, but also learn to recognise aromas, flavours and nuances, as well as how to distinguish them from other types of oil. A complete experience to discover, savour and connect with the essence of the territory.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
