The visit is structured as an experience designed to discover extra virgin olive oil from its origin, connecting visitors with the olive grove landscape, cooperative work and the production process of a high-quality mountain Picual olive oil.

We begin at a nearby olive grove estate, where visitors can come into direct contact with the environment where the oil is born. This first moment allows them to learn more about the characteristics of mountain olive groves, the care required by the trees and the value of the territory in obtaining an EVOO with its own distinctive personality. It is a way of understanding that the quality of the oil begins long before it reaches the olive mill.

Next, the experience continues at the Santa Isabel de Torres - Señorío de Camarasa cooperative, where visitors tour the olive mill to follow the journey of the olive from its reception after harvesting to its transformation into oil. During the visit, visitors discover the different stages of the production process and understand how technical knowledge, respect for the raw material and a commitment to quality come together to create its “liquid gold”.

To finish, this proposal is presented as an authentic, educational and sensory experience, ideal for those who wish to approach the world of olive oil from the inside. The visit allows visitors to appreciate not only the final product, but also the work, landscape and culture that make it possible, offering a new way to look at and savour EVOO.
