Sueña y viaja al pasado - Oleoaventuras

The experience is structured around several carefully designed moments to connect with olive oil, the landscape and time, combining culture, nature and enjoyment in motion.

We begin with an introduction to the world of olive oil on the esplanade of Cortijo Las Huertas, where visitors discover the history of the family and the role of the olive grove in the territory. This first moment places the experience in its cultural context, bringing visitors closer to the origin of everything: the land, the tree and the fruit.

Next, the tour takes us to the traditional production systems in the 1941 hydraulic mill, where visitors learn how olive oil was made in its early days. From there, we move on to the modern olive mill, where the differences between traditional and current processes, the types of oil and their by-products are explained. The visit continues through the cellar and the bottling plant, completing the cycle of olive oil from the field to its final preservation.

Afterwards, the experience opens up to the landscape. A walk among olive groves allows visitors to understand the agricultural calendar, the care of the crop and the relationship between the surroundings and production. The path leads to an estate of centuries-old olive trees, where the pace slows down to make way for wellbeing.

To finish, the most sensory moment arrives: a picnic among olive trees over 300 years old. In this setting, visitors enjoy typical Andalusian products prepared with EVOO, in an experience that brings together gastronomy, nature and calm, leaving a deep connection with the territory.
