Olive Grove and Olive Mill is an experience designed to discover, in a complete and close way, everything surrounding the world of extra virgin olive oil. It is a proposal that invites visitors to connect with the origin, process and flavour of EVOO through a route that brings together nature, tradition and knowledge.

The visit takes place in several stages that help visitors understand the journey of olive oil from its very beginning. We begin in the olive grove, where visitors come into direct contact with the natural environment that gives life to the oil. Walking among olive trees and discovering the countryside first-hand makes it easier to understand the importance of the land, the care of the crop and everything that happens before the olives reach the olive mill.

Next, we follow the journey of the olive to the olive mill, where we discover how the fruit is transformed into extra virgin olive oil. During the guided visit, you will learn about the different tasks and processes involved in its production, understanding the work, dedication and technique required at each stage to obtain a product of the highest quality.

To finish, the experience culminates with a tasting of several oils, a moment specially designed for the senses. Through this tasting, visitors can appreciate the differences between different varieties and discover nuances of aroma and flavour that make extra virgin olive oil a unique product.
