The visit begins in the olive grove, a privileged setting where visitors can come into direct contact with the nature surrounding olive cultivation. This first moment allows them to better understand where it all begins, the importance of the countryside and the way of life that revolves around the olive tree and the olive.

Next, the experience follows the same path as the fruit until it reaches the olive mill. There, through a guided visit, you will discover how the production process of extra virgin olive oil is carried out, understanding the different stages involved and the care required at each one to obtain a product of great quality.

Afterwards, one of the most special moments of the visit arrives: the olive oil tasting. Through this sensory experience, you will be able to taste different oils and appreciate their differences, discovering nuances of aroma, flavour and texture that offer a deeper understanding of the richness of EVOO.

To finish, the experience is completed with a gastronomic menu made with typical local dishes, the perfect way to bring the visit to a close and continue enjoying extra virgin olive oil through local cuisine and tradition.
