The activity includes a tasting of early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, where visitors learn to identify its characteristic aromas, flavours and nuances. It is a simple and sensory approach that helps them understand what makes the EVOO of the area unique.

The experience culminates with a country-style breakfast or lunch on the estate itself, where olive oil is enjoyed in its natural context, accompanied by local products. A calm ending that connects directly with the origin and flavour of the territory.
