Entre viñedos y vinos: visita y cata en Casería Los Alfarjes

The experience is structured as a close and leisurely journey through the world of wine, where each stage helps visitors understand the relationship between the landscape of Sierra Mágina and the character of its wines.

We begin among the vineyards, where visitors discover the origin of everything: the vine. Guided by a winegrower, the full cultivation cycle is explained, from fieldwork to the moment of the grape harvest. Here, visitors discover how climate, soil and daily care influence the quality of the grapes and the identity of the wine.

Next, we move on to the winery facilities. In this space, the production process is explored, showing how small-scale production makes it possible to care for every detail. Tradition, technical knowledge and respect for the territory come together to create wines that faithfully reflect their surroundings.

To finish, the tasting moment arrives. The tasting connects everything learned with the sensory experience, discovering aromas, nuances and textures in the wines produced on the estate itself, accompanied by a tapa that completes the proposal.
