De la cultura a la aventura (extendido) - Oleoaventuras

The experience is structured around several carefully designed moments to experience olive oil in depth, from action in the field to gastronomy, in a full-day activity that combines culture, nature and participation.

We begin with an introduction to the world and culture of olive oil on the esplanade of Cortijo Las Huertas, where visitors learn about the history of the family and the value of the olive grove as the foundation of the territory. This first moment provides the necessary context before moving on to the practical experience.

Next, we get equipped and enter the olive grove to harvest olives directly from the tree. During this active tour, visitors learn about the different types of plantations, olive tree varieties, harvesting techniques — both traditional and modern — and fruit cleaning processes, becoming truly involved in agricultural work.

After this immersion in the field, the experience continues in the hydraulic mill, where traditional production systems are interpreted. The tour then moves on to the modern olive mill, where current processes, the technology used, the different types of oil and their by-products are explained. Finally, visitors see the cellar and the automatic bottling plant, completing the cycle from tree to bottle.

The experience is enhanced with a gastronomic and social moment: the preparation of a recipe in the Andalusian farmhouse together with the family, where olive oil becomes the star ingredient of the kitchen. This final part brings together knowledge, flavour and tradition in an authentic setting.

Due to its duration and immersive nature, this proposal is especially suitable for groups, incentive trips and MICE experiences, offering a full day that combines activity, learning and shared moments in the heart of nature.
