The visit is structured around three carefully designed moments to experience olive oil with all five senses. We begin with a presentation that introduces visitors to the history and journey of Cooperativa Santa Isabel de Torres, creators of Señorío de Camarasa olive oil. In the olive grove, visitors discover where everything begins: the fruit. Here, we explain the process of olive cultivation, the Picual variety and its cultivation in the mountains of Sierra Mágina, highlighting the importance of every detail from the olive grove to the olive mill.

Next, we enter the factory, where the oil comes to life. We go through each stage of production step by step: harvesting, milling, malaxation, extraction, bottling and storage, revealing how tradition and technology come together to obtain an oil of the highest quality, with a fresh profile that stands apart from oils produced in flatter areas.

Finally, the most eagerly awaited moment arrives: the tasting. There is no better way to learn how to recognise and differentiate oils than by tasting our own varieties. Guided by an expert taster, you will discover the basic principles of olive oil analysis through its aromas and flavours, learning to appreciate every nuance.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
• Saturdays: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
• Sundays: closed.
