To experience the olive grove is to understand the effort, rhythm and tradition behind every drop of oil. At Oleozumo, this experience invites visitors to go one step further and become an olive harvester for a day, actively taking part in a day in the field.

The experience begins in the olive grove, where visitors are introduced to the traditional work of harvesting. Using typical farming tools and equipment, they learn the art of olive beating, making the olives fall onto the nets and gaining first-hand insight into how the harvest is carried out. It is direct contact with the land, the tree and a way of life that has defined the landscape of Sierra Mágina for generations.

Once the fruit has been collected, the route continues to the olive mill. There, the olives begin their transformation into extra virgin olive oil, allowing visitors to follow the complete process: from unloading to final production. This step connects the work in the field with the final result that reaches the table.

The experience is completed with the production of your own oil, closing a cycle that brings together tradition, knowledge and personal experience.
