On May 15, the farmers' union celebrates its patron by drinking the "Cuerva", a traditional drink consisting of wine with water, sugar and fruits. "Luminaries" are usually made, bonfires with rosemary branches, on the eve of some celebrations such as San Antón, La Candelaria and San Blas.
