At 1400 meters of altitude the restaurant of the Parador de Cazorla, the highest in the Natural Park Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas is waiting for you. Here the views are spectacar and the cuisine exquisite. You will enjoy seasonal hunting dishes, such as wild boar in red wine and grilled venison escalopes and our specialities: Talarines with Rabbit and Mint, Venison Loin, Trout in the Serrana style and Sweet Porridge with Matalauva. To elaborate the different dishes and desserts of our menu we also use other products from the area such as figs, nuts, thyme, rosemary, quince, almonds, or plums, which are without a doubt the secret of the flavour of our recipes. Throughout the year you can enjoy the delicious Serrano Menu, and in the summer months you can have lunch and dinner on the terrace, listening to the pleasant sound of nature.
