This is a particularly beautiful route that also has the benefit of being in good condition and well-signposted. If you are starting at the bottom and ascending, the route begins by turning off the JF-7038 on to the asphalted road leading to Huelga Utrera, which is just 900 metres further on. The route description below takes this location as the starting point. If you are starting at the top and descending, the route starts in Poyotello: at the entrance to the hamlet on the left-hand side there is a threshing floor, which marks the spot where the trail begins.
