Eras de Santiago is a set of three rural houses built with natural and ecological materials such as stone and high quality wood. The wood used in its construction is obtained from Arctic forests, and these have been replanted and cared for, without causing the least damage to the environment. They are built on a stone semi-basement which gives them perfect insulation in both winter and summer and the upper floor is entirely made of wood so that the insulation is assured:

House 1: it has 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms in the attic, a complete bathroom, a living room with a pellet stove and a kitchen with an American bar. Outside there is a covered porch, garden with barbecue and private pool. It can accommodate 6 people.
House 2: it has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a stone fireplace. Outside there is a covered porch, garden with barbecue and private pool. It can accommodate 6 people.
House 3: has 4 double bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen with American bar and living room with stone fireplace. Outside there is a covered porch, garden with barbecue and private pool. It has capacity for 8 people.

The design and construction of the houses were created entirely by the owner. The interior details have been taken care of to the utmost to create perfect comfort. All the furniture is made of top quality wood.
They are very nice houses, with beautiful panoramic views of Sierra Mágina.
They are in a perfect place to enjoy a unique vacation.
