The Paraje de Chircales is located about 5 km from Valdepeñas de Jaén, a well-kept medium-sized town located in the Sierra Sur region. The town, with more than 4,000 inhabitants, has all kinds of catering accommodation where you can try some of the typical gastronomy of Jaén. Within the heritage of the town, the Parish Church of Valdepeñas stands out, from the 16th century and with a marked Renaissance style. And less than 1 km from the rural house El Paraje de Chircales the Ermita de Chircales is located, in a place of abundant vegetation and mild temperatures thanks to the water source that is next to the hermitage. Also of interest is the Mirador de Navalayegua, a beautiful balcony of the Sierra at 1,500 meters high.
Both El Paraje de Chircales and Valdepeñas de Jaén are located in an area of ??abundant water, which allows a great agricultural activity.
