Casa Azul is a place to escape the city and relax in the natural surroundings of rural Spain. With capacity for up to 8 guests, it is full of character, and a peculiar style and charm. It is excellent if you like outdoor sports and nature, or if you prefer more relaxed days you can go out and explore the quiet trails and the beautiful nearby historical towns - - Úbeda, Baeza, Cazorla, Castril.

The old property is furnished according to its history. In the winter it is heated with two wood stoves and electric radiators. The thick stone walls, small windows, and location in the mountains maintain a reasonable temperature during the summer.

Casa Azul is near Hinojares, in Aldea de Cuenca, south of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park. The mountains rise steeply behind her while the land to the south falls into the famous olive groves. This area is the largest producer of some of the best olive oils in the world and there are several artisan producers in the surrounding area where you can buy delicious oils. Aldea de Cuenca is a traditional agricultural village - very quiet and the locals are friendly and like to talk. In addition, it is an excellent place to observe wildlife; the Griffon Vulture and the Golden Eagle will soar high above you on the face of the mountain.

The place is yours for the duration of your stay, so, along with the whole house, you receive the outdoor terrace and the olive grove that you can call home. This is not a vacation complex. It is, and feels, like a real home. It is a house for lovers of good living without being disturbed by anyone. Ideal for families and small groups.
