It is an old palace-house from the late 19th century (1883). Popularly known in the city with the name of "Casa del Agua" due to its deep well, of approximately 15 meters, which currently, rehabilitated and illuminated, remains with water inside one of the apartments. As well as an extensive network of underground water galleries.

All of this results in the evocative name of “Palacio del Agua suites-apartments”.
