Beyond the Pinar: Botanical diversity and treasures of the Park flora
At first sight, the Natural Park is a huge pine tree. But if you go into it with curious eyes, you will discover a surprising variety of plant landscapes, and if you look in more detail you will be surprised by the presence of many species. And you will understand why the wealth of its flora is one of the main reasons why this great space is protected as Natural Park.
If your thing is flora, we don't need to explain anything else to you. You know you're gonna enjoy the nice thing here. And if you're not too hot in botany, it doesn't matter. Walk, observe, let yourself be wrapped in the environment... and, if you want to look at the landscapes and plants around you, you may find it very stimulating to know their names and why they are there. A good guide and some patience do wonders.
