Tradición, sabores y colmenas en Cortijo Pintarré

The experience is structured as an immersion in the rural world of Sierra Mágina, where beekeeping, olive groves and sustainability come together to offer a complete experience in direct contact with nature.

We begin with a guided visit around the Cortijo Pintarré estate, a mountain olive grove managed according to regenerative farming principles. During the tour, visitors discover how the balance between cultivation and biodiversity is maintained, understanding the value of the landscape as a living system.

Next, the experience enters the flavours of the territory. Through a guided tasting, visitors discover the nuances of organic extra virgin olive oil, together with artisan products such as jams and chocolate, made from local resources.

The tour continues with the world of beekeeping, where the honey production process and its essential role in the ecosystem are explained. The tasting of honey, propolis and pollen allows visitors to interpret the landscape through taste and aroma.

To finish, an introductory beekeeping workshop takes place. Equipped with specific protective gear, visitors approach the hives to observe the work of the bees up close, in an activity that combines learning, respect for the environment and direct experience.
