At the foot of the mountains, the historic Cortijo Las Huertas opens its doors to immerse visitors in the world of extra virgin olive oil. Surrounded by olive trees, this enclave invites you to begin a journey that connects with generations dedicated to caring for the land and producing EVOO.

The visit begins with a welcome on the estate itself, where the role of olive oil in Mediterranean culture is introduced. From there, the itinerary continues through different spaces that show the evolution of the process: from the old 1941 hydraulic mill, where the essence of tradition is preserved, to the modern olive mill, where technology ensures quality and precision.

The route continues through the cellar and bottling plant, bringing visitors closer to the final stages of the process and to the care given to the product until its final presentation.

The experience ends in the AOVELab, a space designed for sensory discovery. Here, a guided tasting of premium oils takes place, accompanied by Andalusian appetisers that allow visitors to discover pairings, aromas and nuances in a carefully designed and welcoming setting.

An experience that invites visitors to understand olive oil from every angle: history, technique, landscape and flavour.
