Olive Mill + Gastronomic Experience is an experience created for those who wish to discover extra virgin olive oil from a dual perspective: learning about its production process and then enjoying it at the table. It is a proposal that brings together tradition, flavour and local culture to experience oleotourism in a complete way.
The experience begins with a guided visit to the olive mill, where visitors can learn first-hand about all the work and processes required to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Throughout the tour, they will discover how olives are transformed into oil and understand the importance of each stage in a process that involves knowledge, technique and dedication.
Once the visit is complete, it is time for the olive oil tasting, a sensory experience that allows visitors to appreciate the differences between several of our oils. Through the aromas, flavours and nuances of each variety, visitors will learn to recognise some of the characteristics that make EVOO unique and to value this essential product of our land more deeply.
To complete the experience, visitors enjoy a gastronomic menu made with typical dishes from the area, a perfect way to continue discovering extra virgin olive oil through local cuisine and the most authentic flavours of the territory.
