Flora and fauna: a gastronomic tribute to Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente at Macorina Restaurant
Description
Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente, famous for his "Man and Earth" program, was a great lover of the Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park. This gastronomic experience pays tribute to its legacy, deeply linked to the park. During this culinary journey, we explore the flora and fauna of the environment, enjoying a menu that includes products from the garden, hunting and the typical killing of Jaén. The experience begins with 5 bites inspired by Burgos and Cazorla: the first one refers to Felix's birthplace, and the second to his iconic images. Then a seasonal stew will be served that connects with its "zoomorphic universe," followed by a evocative fish of its stage in the Amazon. The next dish will transport you to the Collado del Almond and its fauna, possibly commemorating the famous scene of a royal eagle hunting a muflon. In conclusion, it will taste a pre- dessert that celebrates its legacy of dissemination and human values, and a final dessert that commemorates its last stage in Alaska. This gastronomic experience is a sensory journey that honors the life and work of Felix Rodríguez de la Fuente. Reservations are made on the phone 682842256.
