Description
Cazorla oil is one of the largest oil factories in the world. This experience will not leave you indifferent, as it will provide you with knowledge to differentiate the quality of the oil and to be able to choose the one that best suits your home. In this tour you can discover the differences between the varieties of olives and their oils. It begins with a walk through its centenary olive trees, where they learn the traditional techniques used in their cultivation, then enter the wineries where the oil is stored to keep it in optimal conditions until it is packed. Later in the factory, you will learn how the oil is made and you will visit one of the most important spaces, the reception yard, where the farmers unload the olives and classify them according to their quality, here you can understand the selection criteria to get the best oil. In the museum, a former S.XIX mill with hand-painted 3D mural and authentic machinery is recreated. So that you can feel like a real professional you taste three oils, and discover all their nuances, so that then at home you can surprise your guests.
