Through the tasting and tasting of extra virgin olive oil, sausages and caYma ® cheese we will go through the history of our family of artisans and remember our great-grandmother, Mom Antonia, who since 1900 left us a legacy of recipes that still last in the production of our products. During the AOVE caYma ® tasting you will try 4 different types of oil and know the processing process until you get our own production author oil. Then you will enjoy a tasting of six different sausages, all of them made from local products such as pig, deer or boar, as well as our pure goat and sheep cheeses. All of this is accompanied by handmade bread made from olive pine wood oven.
