SINMAS is much more than a store of organic products, as it also produces its own food, such as breads, jams and extra virgin olive oil for organic cultivation. With this experience, it seeks to bring visitors closer to the practice of cultivation without chemicals, promoting soil health and biodiversity. During the course of the olive tree, you can see the flora and fauna that lives in this environment, where the olive trees coexist with other plants, creating a varied habitat that promotes the conservation of the environment. This gives rise to an extra virgin olive oil of high quality, appreciated for its taste and characteristics. At the end, the participants will enjoy a taste of extra virgin olive oil in the open air, surrounded by the beauty of the olive tree. Where they can appreciate their nuances, such as their aroma, taste and texture, exploring their fruit and herbaceous notes, which reflect the terroir of the place. If you wish, you can complement the experience with a pairing of local products, such as freshly baked bread, artisanal cheeses and olives, to enjoy the authentic flavors of the region.
