Description

The city locations where the youth institution and the police station are located.

The city of Jaén, appears in this film as an urban reference, as a work center of the protagonist, and therefore links to the argument of the film. The city of Jaén has different historical buildings that splash its historical centre. One of them is the institution of tutelage of young people where the protagonist works and from where the action starts. This building is the old one San Juan de Dios historical hospital. Other buildings that appear in the film are the Cathedral of the city.

In the film, the city of Jaén simulates being connected, almost immediately to the mountain area where the action takes place. Actually, Jaén is a city directly connected to a mountain area. In fact its municipal term has protected natural spaces of mountain, of high environmental and ethnographic interest, but they are not those of the film. So fiction recites a truth but moved to the natural park Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and the Villas.

The city of Jaén and the natural park of Cazorla, Segura and the Villas are just over 100 kilometers away, but the journey that connects them has milestones as important as the cities declared World Heritage UNESCO, of Ubeda and Baezaamong others.

In the city of Jaén you can enjoy a medium-sized capital, with a rich tapestry or some of the restaurants, such as our Michelín stars (Bagá Restaurant and Damajuana Restaurant), a culture of walking or rich historical heritage, perfectly represented in the Arab baths, the cathedral or castle of Santa Catalina.
