Also Bocao Vitango is a trip with a round-trip ticket. A one-way trip for our diners. Intrepid palates, open to explore the most innovative cooking techniques, in market products of the highest quality. A trip back to our team. Accompanying José María Molina (chef) and Noelia Campillo (head of room), on their return to Jaén, after more than 10 years living in places like Mallorca, Dubai or Dublin, and developing their work in Michelín star kitchens.

The result of this trip is a fusion kitchen, in which typically Mediterranean flavors are combined, with exotic notes that move us to the gastronomy of the east.
