We begin with an interpretative tour of the Sierra Magina Oil Interpretation Center, managed by the Designation of Origin. Through the didactic exhibition "Del Olivar al Plato," the visitor knows the landscape of the olive tree, the cultivation of the olive tree and the importance of this tradition in the economic, social and cultural life of Sierra Magina. The experience deepens the process of making the oil, explaining in a pleasant way each phase: from the care of the fruit in the field to the extraction, conservation and final quality. The visitor learns to differentiate qualities and know the uses of AOVE in gastronomy. To conclude, the experience can be completed with complementary activities such as guided catas and visits to olive groves and almazaras of the area, discovering the aromas, nuances and singularities of the oils protected by the D.O.
