More complete version of the visit to Melgarejo Oils (Pegalajar): history of the mill, route by production (molding to conservation), oil tasting and pairing with products km 0 and snacks from the area. Maximum capacity. 20 people. 25 €/ adult · 20 €/ child.The experience is articulated in three moments designed to discover the extra virgin olive oil from its origin to its enjoyment on the table, combining knowledge, sensory analysis and local cuisine in a complete proposal. We started with a presentation on the history and trajectory of Melgarejo Oils. The visitor knows the philosophy of the almazara and the care with which the olive is worked from the collection to its reception in the factory, understanding the value of the mountain olive tree and the commitment to intense, aromatic oils with its own personality. We will then go first hand to the different stages of the AOVE production: from the molding of the fruit to its final storage. This part of the tour allows you to discover the most technical and fascinating side of production, seeing how tradition, innovation and demand are united in each campaign. Finally, the experience culminates with a tasting and tasting of oils accompanied by a pairing with Melgarejo products and local snacks. This closure allows you to better appreciate the aromas, flavors and nuances of the AOVE while enhancing the gastronomic experience with nearby products.
