Full version of the visit to the cooperative Santa Isabel de Torres / Señorío de Camarasa (Torres): start in mountain olive trees, tour of the mill and guided tasting of AOVEs by working staff. 120 min · 15 €/ person. Same price as the version without tasting but 30 minutes more.The experience is articulated in three moments designed to discover, understand and taste the extra virgin olive oil from its origin to its final tasting, in a mountain olive setting and the olive identity of Sierra Magina. We start at the foot of olive trees, with a brief introduction among the trees that give rise to the most representative product of the cooperative. This first moment allows you to connect with the landscape, know the characteristics of the mountain olive tree and understand how the environment, cultivation and care of the fruit directly influence the quality of the oil. The visit then continues in the mill, where the factory is traveled to follow step by step the way of the olive from its arrival after the collection to the AOVE. The explanation is guided by personnel directly linked to the production process. Finally, the guided tasting of AOVES comes: the visitor learns to recognize aromas, flavors and nuances, and to differentiate them from other types of oil, with tasting of the oils of the cooperative.
