The participants can immerse themselves in the olive tradition in the Cortijo La Ajedrea, a Spanish house with history located in the municipality of Siles, in the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. This beautiful experience will lead you to go through centuries of olive trees, where you will know the secrets of olive cultivation: from collection to traditional techniques used in the production of olive oil, while disconnecting and entering into contact with the nature of the place. During the tour, participants will learn about olive varieties, harvest times and quantities produced. The day culminates with a guided tasting of olive oils, in which you can enjoy the different flavors and flavors, accompanied by local products such as handmade bread, tomato and good wine.
