Description
Fortress of Muslim origin of rectangular plant. It has two towers on both sides rather damaged, the north one consists of an inner stay covered with pointed vault (tower of tribute), and the south one has a body under massif and the upper one living. The castle is divided into two large areas, the square of arms (it became in recent times a cortijo, from which are preserved the arches of the zahurdas that gave to this great courtyard) and the Islamic alcazar (at a higher level than the rest of the castle).
