Astronomy workshops organized by the Mata-Bejid Visitor Centre

An experience that combines the interpretive visit to the Natural Park of Sierra Magina from the Mata Bejid Visitors Center with routes guided by the natural environment and astronomy and night sky observation workshops.The experience is part of the Mata Bejid Visitors Center, a reception and interpretation space of the Natural Park of Sierra Magina, which introduces the visitor into the natural, landscape and heritage values of this enclave. Through the visit and specialized accompaniment, a first approach to the territory and its uniqueness is offered. The proposal may include a route guided by the natural environment of Sierra Magina, in which the visitor discovers the richness of the landscape, its environmental elements and the heritage of this protected space, from an interpretive and close perspective. As a complement, the experience incorporates astrotourism activities: astronomy workshops and astronomical observation organized from the Mata Bejid Interpretation Center, expanding the experience towards the night sky in a privileged environment for the contemplation of the stars.
