The family company of long tradition olive trees is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees with environmentally friendly techniques and soil conservation and produces, packaging and markets an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, with olives coming only and exclusively from the estate, under the mark "Cortijo Espíso Santo"
