Description
During this workshop we will know the gastronomic tradition of the Sierra de Segura and will make typical sweets of the Sierra such as roasted flour rosches or butter cakes. We will show you how our traditional wood oven works where we will bake our sweets that we will later taste. You'll take home a dossier with recipes and processed sweets
