Panciencia is an artisan bakery where the obsession with offering a quality product pushes them to work in their worker only with raw materials and products of proximity. They produce artisan bread and other sweets typical of the Sierra de Segura, respecting traditional recipes. Its loaves are fermented exclusively with its own mother mass and eco-meal and are baked daily in the old wood oven.
