During our hedonistic tasting you will be able to know how to taste, appreciate the qualities of an AOVE and learn to taste it with different products of the Jienese cuisine and other kitchens made from nearby products. We will enjoy a variety of oils especially chosen for their quality under the brand Jaén Selección, some with D.O Sierra de Segura. All this accompanied by a variety of dishes representative of the gastronomy of the Sierras. In addition to this experience we offer the possibility to accompany you on a "tapestry route" by unique establishments of our saw where to try the authentic traditional cuisine.
