Description
Built by order of the Marquise Dona Catalina de Rojas and Sandoval, the first stone was placed in 1635. The stone wall, about three meters high, was later built around 1820, using the stones from the old castle and melting. It is currently decacralized and conditioned as a housing; though not inhabited and in a ruinous state.
Behind the Palace is a house that was once a hermitage of St. John the Baptist: it retains the structure of the 17th's conventual gates, a small swordsman and, of course, remarkable paving as the tradition of Jabalfifth commands.
