Description
In a straight line with the side cover of the parish church, as it marks an axis of intimate communion, is the source of the Black, as is usually named. Its popular significance is well above the value of its architectural semantics. Its community heritage is underlined by the fact that its current configuration was chosen by popular vote after submitting several models to the consideration of the neighborhood.
Its forms are defined through a cubic volumetric, perfectly mitigated by the provision of two twin spaces with three hollow stylized arches covered by small half-point arches that emphasize so many other jets of water and which, in turn, are separated by an arched hole of greater dimensions, more left in the structure of the building, which further enhances the symmetry perspective from the church. Inside, in a glass-covered garden, made in the second half of the 20th century by María Isabel Sánchez Bonilla, a small image of the Virgin, about 8 meters high and classical iconography, is sold between stones and crystalline waters that reinforce the mystical character.
