Description
In the heart of the Sierra de Segura, you will find the Hospedería de Montaña Morciguillinas, a space in which you can learn to prepare traditional recipes of the region using the following lamb as the protagonist, a product with a protected designation of origin (PDO) and great cultural value in the area. In this workshop you will not only learn the secrets of traditional recipes, but also live a true connection with the landscape, culture and people who make this land such a special place. Guided by local cooks, visitors will be able to discover the culinary techniques and secrets that have been transmitted from generation to generation. The experience will end with a great meal in which to taste the prepared dishes, highlighting the taste of the Segureño lamb and its pairing with local wines or indigenous drinks such as the Mistela, a spicy liqueur typical of the region of Segura.
